When to Submit a Notice

You may submit a DMCA takedown notice if you believe:

  • Your copyrighted work is being accessed through Grabmio without authorization
  • Our service is facilitating copyright infringement of your protected content
  • Users are using our platform to infringe your intellectual property rights

Counter-Notification Process

When to Submit Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
  • Identification of the material that was removed
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
  • Consent to jurisdiction of federal district court
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-Notice Process

  1. Submit counter-notification to our designated agent
  2. We forward your counter-notice to the original complainant
  3. If no lawsuit is filed within 10-14 business days, we may restore access
  4. The process may vary depending on the nature of the alleged infringement

Repeat Infringer Policy

Account Termination

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Grabmio has adopted a policy of terminating access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

Enforcement Actions

  • First Violation: Warning and educational resources
  • Second Violation: Temporary restriction of service access
  • Third Violation: Permanent termination of access
  • Severe Cases: Immediate termination for egregious violations

Important Note:

Since Grabmio is a free service without user accounts, enforcement primarily involves IP-based restrictions and cooperation with ISPs and legal authorities when necessary.
